• August 2008 ~ P&D has successfully completed two major renovations of our local D.C. Public Schools, Rose Hardy Middle School and Phelps High School.
• July 2008 ~ We are happy to announce that P&D was awarded the Walker Jones Elementary School project by Forrester Construction Company.
• April 2008 ~ We are happy to announce that P&D was awarded the Savoy Elementary School Project by Sigal Construction Company.

• "2007 Disadvantaged Business of the Year” awarded to us by Hensel Phelps Construction Company.
• “2007 Washington Contractor Merit Award for New Construction” awarded to us by Turner Construction Company for our participation on the Military Advanced training Center at Walter Reed Hospital.
• Certificate of Acknowledgement for our “Mission Accomplishments” on the Military Amputee Training Center project for Wounded Warriors, presented to us by Program Manager Charles Scoville and Warrior, Major David Rozelle.
